Sophia's personal connection:

Couscous is a popular dish originating in North Africa (Morocco and Algeria). It is used as a main and side dish in multiple North African dishes as well as dishes in the Middle East. It is delicious alone as well as with vegetables and meat to add on. This dish is important to me because I eat it a lot, and it originates from my culture.

Sophia's bio:

My mom originates from Morocco and my dad originates from Italy. I really enjoy business and art! I am fluent in french as well.
