If you have a passion for activism, writing, or the arts, this is the club for you!

 

Our goal at the Community Awareness Association is to raise awareness at HNSS regarding current events and varying world issues. As a member of the club, you would be tasked with writing articles or creating art pieces (based on our monthly theme) to contribute to our website, along with occasionally planning school wide events. Articles are welcomed in various lengths, and are not a monthly requirement. For every article or art piece created, you can gain up to 5 volunteer hours!

We meet bi-weekly Mondays at lunch.  Come to room 203 to join our team!

In joining our team, you can gain volunteer hours to fulfill the Ontario Secondary School graduation requirements, make new friends, learn about current events, and be creative!
